Why choose a licensed RPAS pilot?
Hiring someone to fly a drone for your roof, building, or property is not the same as picking up a consumer quadcopter on the weekend. In Canada, commercial drone work falls under Transport Canada’s Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) rules—and a licensed pilot is trained to operate within those requirements, not around them.
That means checking airspace restrictions, obtaining the right permissions where needed, following flight limits and operational procedures, maintaining proper insurance, and planning each mission for safety before the propellers ever spin. It also means knowing when a flight should not go ahead, even if the weather looks fine from the ground.
